Entry Form

Before filling out the entry form, please check the rules and regulations page, to find out about eligibility, technical requirements and copyright issues. You may also want to check out the frequently asked questions

The on-line entry form has to be filled out in one go, you cannot save the data you entered and return to complete the form later. Make sure you have all the information, including a short synopsis (10 - 15 words) and a descriptive statement (less than 100 words).

How the form works

• On the first page of the form you will enter your information, information on your school and your animation.
• If you are submitting a group project, you will then be asked to list the other group members.
• You then get presented with all the information so you can check it for accuracy and make changes where needed.
• If you decide the information is correct, you can submit the form. It will be sent to the MetroCAF team.
• You will be presented with a printable version of the filled out entry form which you MUST PRINT AND SIGN and include with the entry package.
• Please make sure you put your entry number on both all materials (disks and sleeves) you are submitting

MetroCAF 2009 is no longer accepting submissions

Submissions must be postmarked by June 1, 2009. Entries postmarked after June 1 will not be reviewed.
